Hello to all who make Find A Grave work, thank you ever so much.

When I was a young child, I lived for a time on a horse ranch..... Appaloosa Red Eagle won the National champion stallion title in 1951, and was paused on the cusp of being in Hollywood. Thomas Clay bought him. Over eighty registered foals (among which were winners of several National championships and a recorded two bronze medallions) came from Red Eagle. I knew the herd was beautiful. I learned the rest as a side result of my family quests on Find A Grave. My memories of Tom Clay, Roxie and their 1001 Ranch are now clearer and richer.

Most treasured of all, there are family members I have found for which I am forever grateful to their memorial creators, maintainers, photographers, flower leavers, precious historic picture adders, willing (and somtimes profoundly generous transferers) linkers, document adders and boo boo catchers. You are all appreciated so much as is Find A Grave support and the rest of the staff who make this site possible. Happy trails among the stones to you all. - Candy
