I have been researching my family's roots on Ancestry and Find a Grave since 2014. My Mother's family names include: Poth, Schwein, Hagedorn, Heidorn, Noetscher and Hof in Cincinnati, Ohio; Poth, Hoffman, Guntel, Herr, Shoulders and Kemp in Indiana. My Father's family names are Winner, Roberts, Lunn and Kirchenbauer in Indiana.

Find A Grave is an easy way to discover your roots so I try to add as much as I can from my searches so others can benefit. Many thanks to those who have shared before me.

Most of my memorials are family, however I am willing to transfer memorials to closer relations, just ask.

We are the chosen. In each family, there is one who seems called to find the ancestors. To put flesh on their bones and make them live again, to tell the family story and to feel that somehow they know and approve. Doing genealogy is not a cold gathering of facts, but instead, breathing life into all who have gone before. We are the storytellers of the tribe.
