What Find A Grave means to me: Find A Grave is an easy way for family and friends to visit the graves when they are not able to in person because of health or finance. I can't visit my father for that reason.

A parent isn't supposed to bury a child.

Sometimes a temporary grave marker is the only marker placed on a grave, If I see it I photograph it. I know many that will not have a permanent marker. Better a temporary marker then no marker.

I gladly transfer memorials to family members of the departed, I don't transfer to old boyfriend or girlfriend. I will not hold a person's memorial hostage. If I don't know a person I will gladly edit a memorial. I only do this to honor people that have passed.
