My mother's surname is Hall and I am searching for more information concerning my Hall family from Eastern Tennessee. My great-grandfather is Ed Hall (1880-1971) who married Eva Vickery(1879-1967). If anyone has information about Ed Hall's siblings or parents please feel free to contact me.
Another surname I am researching is DUNN (my paternal grandfather's biological family) from Iowa/ Minnesota/South Dakota area. His adoptive parents' were Patrick & Mary (Van Wagenen) McCarty from Rock Rapids, Iowa. My grandfather (James Ferdinand) was born in 1901; in St. Paul, Minnesota... then taken to an orphanage a couple years later. He was adopted by the McCarty's in 1903. Any information will be appreciated.
I volunteered to take grave marker photos in my area of Michigan. I hope to help out other families who may live too far away to visit a loved one's grave.
