Before Idaho was declared a state, my great-great-grandfather was a pioneer homesteader in the region. Generations later, my family settled in Nampa, where I was born and raised. I attended school here and am now raising my three children while honoring my roots with a small farm that I built from the ground up. I am Travis Tyson, and as a modern pioneer, I am devoted to the land, as well as the Idaho lifestyle and heritage.
