My love for old photographs led me to begin researching my family tree. Both sides of my family came through Carroll County, VA. I'm researching Edwards, Mabe, Williby, Williams, Mabry, Jones, Newman and Gregory lines (to name a few). Although I (relatively) recently became a member of Find A Grave, it's been extremely helpful with my research over the past 10 years. I finally decided I needed to become a member when I realized that I had relatives that were not memorialized here. I hope in time to get each of them listed.

*A note about PHOTOS. Please feel free to save any photos I have added to memorials. They are family treasures and should be shared and preserved.

**A note about Memorial that I have added. I occasionally add memorials from local obituaries that are not my relatives. If I have added your family member and you want the memorial transferred to you I will be happy to do so. Memorials should be in the hands of their loved ones.
