The best way I can say this is, if you have information to add to a Memorial please, use the edits. It's the fastest way to get information added to a memorial. The "Bio Section" is really intended for obituary information not a complete ancestry background. If you have obituary information to add, copy and paste it into the Bio Section, and I can approve it for you.
