I am now retired and hope to have more time to research my family tree. I am trying to create memorials and pick up management of family members. As more of my family become members of Findagrave I hope to turn over management of their close family members. I hope especially to get the younger ones interested early.
Since my mother died while I was still a teen, I did not have much opportunity to discuss the extended family with her. I have been looking for information with the help of ancestry.com and online tools. I have found several cousins with whom I had never had contact or known about before.
I now live in California but grew up in the Greater Cincinnati area.
One of these days I might be able to get my picture on here. Don't worry, I will have a cute little dog in the picture with me to ease any pain you might feel from looking at my visage. LOL
