Born and raised in MN and in IA, I moved around and met a lot of people growing up. We have lived many areas where my ancestors settled and felt at home in all of them. Family was very important to my father, so as a tribute to all of the family members who have passed before us I took up ancestry research in 2006 upon his death.
I am working to find out as much about our ancestors as possible and then sharing that information freely with whomever wants to utilize it, as well as my pictures. I just ask for credit if you are using my information instead of claiming my work as your own.
I enjoy helping in areas where my ancestors lived, especially easier names than Nelson, Wagner, Miller, Bowman. So let me know if you need assistance and I'd be happy to help. I have investigated quite a few people who aren't directly tied to myself in my free time just to help less experiences researchers along their path to discovery.
I am willing to turn over any memorials I create to direct family members if you request for me to turn them over on the edit request "other" tab.
