My passion for genealogy started when my in-laws passed away & I realized that there was so much information about my husband's family & my family that wasn't written down. I want my children to know about their ancestors.
My biggest challenge was finding my grandfather. My father's parents divorced when he was young & he didn't have any contact. We knew that he had died, but didn't know when & where. The genealogy bug got me & I searched and found him. For my dad & aunt it was closure for them. Since then I am constantly searching for all of the info I can find on the different lines.
