I've dabbled in family history research for about 30 years now. Find it fascinating and frustrating all at the same time! I followed my maternal side back to the Revolutionary war and have been in the DAR for a few years. Am now working on trying to follow another line back for a supplemental patriot! I have found that my maternal grandmother and my maternal great grandmother both loved genealogy so I am "destined" to love this! I've retired from full time "corporate" work and now retired from farming! NOW working on my Mayflower application…from more Westford roots!
