From Buffalo Lake/Hector, MN, I am a Euro/Mil historian (PhD, UNL, 1995) and a retired Army Reserve officer. I research local veterans and personages as well as work on my own favorite topics which include modern military history (US Civil War, Russian/Soviet, WWI, WWII, etc.) & Hurricane Katrina military relief efforts.
