I traveled to the gravesite on the top of a mountain, surrounded by beef cattle. Difficult to climb but worth it. Any fencing was down. The Arrasmiths were my 4th great parents. The site is located just as the cemetery in Ames, Iowa, where their son, my 3 great grandparents are buried, over looking a valley that their son, William owned. Same basic situation. We must remember that "in order to appreciate what we have must acknowledge the accomplishment of our fore bearers.
