I have been collecting family records for about 50 years. My mother was a great letter writer and her mother had a great number of ancestors memorized. My father's parents were both gone by the time I was four years old, however my father was very supportive of the research I was doing. I have also had wonderful assistance from a number of relatives in Canada and the United States!
