I am Jeanne Lorraine Joiner. I do have a current picture of myself posted on Facebook Social Media as of March, 2018. I am known for my middle name. I am female, born October 11, 1947 in Red Bluff, Tehama County, California. My father was Chester L. Joiner (1924-1950). My mother was Bessie Rene-Lakey (1922-2007). I do not have any children, grandchildren, or great grandchildren. I am the last survivor of the Chester L. Joiner Family Line of Red Bluff, Tehama, County, California. I was legally married three times. 1. Billy Joel Baremore (1944-1970). 2. Phillip David Eoff (1941-2004) and Ralph LeRoy Smith (-2010).The marriage to Ralph LeRoy Smith was for business purposes and protection.
I do not know my true and honest linage because I have encountered so many lies and corporate name switches and swindles. The photo shown is of my mother's family. My mother, Bessie, is pictured in the middle of her father and mother. The prettiest of all. Five more children were born to Asa and Agnes after this picture was taken. The true and correct name of the cemetery in Montgomery Creek, CA where some of my family is buried is Halcomb . Named after the George Halcomb family of Shasta County.
