I was born in Akron, Ohio, to Timothy A. Jones and Nancy Jo (Chaplin) Jones. Nancy was the baby of 8 children, parents Thelma Agnes Bennett Chaplin and Arthur Barton Chaplin and my father was the baby of 5 children of, Elizabeth "Elsie" Irene Lipscomb Jones and Clair E. Jones.

I absolutely "LOVE" exploring my family history and enjoy going through my family history on Ancestry and in the Newspapers.

I moved around a lot growing up so I missed out on many family reunions and getting to know a lot of the extended family but I can tell you this though... working on my family history I sure feel like I'm getting to know people and I'm a little bummed out I haven't gotten to meet so many that have passed away.

Making memorials or adding to my family memorials is my way of expressing "I love my family.."
