I've become something of a minor expert on the families that emigrated from Northern Sicily to California: Aiello, Cardinale, Lucido, Davi, Enea, Giambona, Russo, and Taormina to name a few. I've done a lot of work updating and correcting their pages at Holy Cross Cemetery, San Carlos Cemetery, and The Italian Cemetery . You may occasionally see duplicate pages due to slight name and date variations - I do my best to merge duplicates as I find them, and note people who are commonly mistaken for one another (e.g. Antonio Aiello and his cousin Antonio Aiello).

More recently you may see me working on the Polish and Hungarian immigrants on my maternal side, especially those in the McKeesport & Versailles Cemetery. My great great grandmother Julianna was a midwife who delivered somewhere between 75 and 100 babies almost exclusively in the Magyar community in McKeesport before her death in 1920; I occasionally work on connecting those families together as well.
