I am the son of a long line of Horner's with a Godly Christian American Heritage dating back to 1752. My Great Great Grandfather Asa Horner, oldest Son of George Horner from Gloucester County, traveled west to the Colorado Territory in 1872 where he established a homestead in Timnath and later married Hannah Edwards 1879. Asa's son Jesse relocated to Cody, WY in 1908. I am researching the Horner family of NW Wyoming which includes my Great Grandfather's wife, Pearl Alzone Beem and her Father, Alpheus J. Beem and wife Elizabeth "Keyport" Beem from Illinois. AL Beem is the first settler of Sunlight Basin, Wyoming around 1866 - 1870. Pearl "Beem" Horner was their only child. Pearl married the Son of Asa Horner and together they had one son, Dean Alfred Horner. Dean married 3 times. With his first wife he had one son, Larry Dean Horner, my father. My dad passed away in Cody, WY on February 24th, 1990 when I was 7 years old. I was raised with my mother and her grandmother Florence "Daniels" Conroy at Sidney and Girard, MT where the Yellowstone meets the Missouri.
