I have been interested in my family history for ten years, leaving it in late in life when all the older relatives were dead. I became addicted quickly and am on Ancestry and other sites almost every day.
For the last few years I have co-run a free group on Facebook, called Ancestry Finders.
My origins are Scotland [Broughty Ferry, Dundee and Kinlochin Perthshire], London, Suffolk and Ireland, Co Meath and Cork.
DNA has added to my research and been very fruitful.
