I love history! I try to document what I find and fulfill requests as I go. I prefer to work by what I physically find in the cemeteries and use what is found at the Mo State Archives and other sources, to support what I find. I know, stones go missing due to age, neglect, and vandalism, which is sad in all cases. Not everything can be found, but I try my best to be accurate and helpful. Every marker was a person important to someone, maybe you. Help find their story!
PS. I have no issue with connecting the living with the deceased. This world has gone just a little too far off the scale when you can't make those family connections which are so important when tracing history. Someone will need that info in the future. Don't hinder their search by being politically correct now.
