I've spent the past several weeks or even months correcting a lot of memorials that have been created, even ones from many years ago. I've connected numerous family members, especially parents with their children. As long as I've been a volunteer on Find A Grave, I've always done it, just a lot more then usual lately, and yes, it gets frustrating! My BIGGEST point is, if you are going to submit a BC, DC, or even an obituary, to someone's memorial, PLEASE, at least hit the "SUGGESTED EDITS" tab and add what is missing, fix what is wrong, etc! They are not going to see in their email that a photo was submitted including DC and BC, but they WILL see the suggested edit, because the suggested edits are linked to their email! I've even seen a few memorials that were created, yet a DC was added by the same person that created the memorial, but never fixed, corrected, or added the missing pieces! AND, if all the information is there and nothing needs edited, there's no reason to even add a BC and DC, or even their military draft cards. This is Find A Grave, not Ancestry.
