I have been researching my Schlick and Daleiden family genealogy and history since 1982. I am a Winfield Illinois Historical Society Board Member. I have a B.A. degree in History and a Masters in Library and Information Science from Dominican University in River Forest Illinois. I am a member of the Dupage County Illinois Genealogical Society. I am a past editor of the Warrenville Illinois Historical Society's Historical Update. I am a contributor to the award winning Encyclopedia of Chicago. I am also the Lead Volunteer Researcher for the St. James Farm Forest Preserve in Warrenville. I am the retired (Since 2022) Administrator for the Messenger Public Library in North Aurora, Illinois.
