I was born in St. Paul and raised on the East side of St. Paul. I have many relatives, living and deceased, in the St. Paul area. I have been doing genealogy research off and on for about 25 yrs. Several yrs ago I joined my local genealogy society (Jackson County Genealogy Society, Medford, Jackson County, Oregon) and I am learning how to research and record my ancestors. I am currently working on my husbands (Halvorsen and Sirek, MN ancestors) and on my son-in-law's (Clarke [UK and Canada] and Dickinson [Oregon pioneer family]) families.
