Born and raised in Victoria, TX. Been doing Genealogy since 1980's. I am a graduate of Texas Lutheran University 1970 with a BA in Elementary Education and University of Wisconsin-Lacrosse 1982 with Masters in Remedial Reading. I retired from the Federal Government in 2007 as a Human Resources Officer. I reside in Goliad County, TX and participate in Victoria County Genealogical Society, and go with Texas Tracers to Salt Lake City, Utah to find records on ancestors.
I started in Find-a-grave when I found an articles on a cemetery in one of the publications and while checking to see if it was in the database, I found it had not been recorded, although the cemetery name had been with one person's name who was not listed in description back in 1982. I proceeded to add it. I think the database should have as much documentation as possible, since I am too still looking for lost relation.
