I am a hereditary member of the Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil War (SUVCW) and many other hereditary societies and orders. I try to help identify the graves of (all) Union Soldiers, Sailors, Marines, Revenue Cutter and Nurses, and members of the Grand Army of the Republic (G.A.R.) who fought for Union during the American Civil War. I have a goal to add all Union service members to a Virtual Cemetery for Union Service Members buried within Onondaga County, New York.
