As a teenager, I spent a wonderful summer vacation in a Carnegie Library in Indiana Going to work with my aunt everyday was the beginning of my passion for ancestry. That, of course, lead to traipsing through cemeteries and dusty basements. I love getting to know my ancestors and it's with pride and joy that I share their stories!
Find A Grave has opened up new opportunities for my research. I do enjoy opening up the app when I visit cemeteries and getting to know the people there, even the ones not related to me.
