First off, a HUGE thank you to all of the FindAGrave volunteers who have spent their time contributing to this site. It is a thrill to come across a photo/ancestors memorial page, particularly bc most are so far from us now geographically. I am interesting in contributing/documenting the historical legacies of both mine and my husband's ancestors but I also signed up on FindAGrave a few years ago fully intending to volunteer...and then a Cat 5 hurricane wiped out my hometown and it's been a chaotic recovery. Thankfully we saved many family pictures and I have been on a scanning binge ensuring that future generations will have access. If I send you a Xfer request it is because the memorial is either related directly to myself or my husband.
