Dr. Keith M. Cagle has been researching for at least 45 years on the family tree since his age of 14. Currently he is the chairperson of American Sign Language and Interpreting Education Department at the National Technical Institute for the Deaf on Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, New York. He was born in Washington State and grew up in Portland, Oregon. Keith has three grown-up children.
