Recently I have been assuming management of any Memorials being managed by Find-A-Grave that have any of my "family" names. I am more than happy to transfer management of any memorial that someone has a "relation" to or reasonable explanation as to request to manage. In the mean time, I will be researching those memorials to properly "link" to other related memorials.

I have recently extended my assumption of memorials managed by Find-A-Grave to memorials in USA with birth dates prior to 1800. I am doing EXTENSIVE research on my mother's family, the Stadden's (Staddon, Stadon) and decided that while I'm using census records and local (county, state) history books written in the 1800's, newspaper notices, etc. that I could use to properly verify and update those much older memorials. I DO NOT depend on Ancestry.com family trees or Family Search as a source or validation. However, I do research them to find linked source data.

RE: EDGEWOOD CEMETERY, LANCASTER, DALLAS COUNTY, TEXAS

I am utilizing a database created by Lancaster Genealogical Society to update "all" Memorials in Edgewood Cemetery, Lancaster, Texas that do not currently have "Plot" information but, are in this database which was accumulated in 1980 & updated in 1987. I attempted to add the "plot map" to the Edgewood Cemetery picture page however, Find-A-Grave admin would not allow it.
