My maternal family had deep roots in South Georgia and a good portion of my formative years were spent there living near my Grandparents. It is home for me and it is where I am connected to the earth regardless of the other places I have lived as an adult. My paternal family is from Michigan and Wisconsin by my paternal grandfather was adopted so that side of my tree is a different kind of journey.

I work diligently to discover documents, verify information, properly identify and expand the biographical information on memorials connected to my family.
