I'm now retired, after working 21 1/2 years for the Dallas School District, in Dallas, Oregon - my hometown.
I got hooked on genealogy because my mother is from the "very large" and "well known" families: Huntington and Applegate (Applegate Trail in Oregon). I've been able to document my Huntington family back to 1594 in Norwich, Norfolk, England.
