Native to South Louisiana. I find that Find a Grave is a great tool not only for genealogy, but as a way for people to memorialize and pay respects to loved ones when they can't always do so in person. As I research my own genealogy, I aim to fill in the gaps in records where I find them, in hopes that it will help others.
