Originally, I started dabbling in genealogy in 2011 as a way to wind down from work and to verify my grandfather and father's huge hard copy family tree. Less than 2 years ago, I was following a rabbit hole in search of my German immigrant ancestors and discovered my first Revolutionary War Patriot ancestor. That rabbit hole has led to 30 other Patriot ancestors and 4 Mayflower Pilgrim ancestors.
