Spring Place Memorial Gardens is a small community cemetery located at 2559 Highway 52 Alt. in the heart of Spring Place, Murray County, Georgia. Our cemetery was founded by Dayspring Church in 1994. In 2018, the cemetery was transferred to the Chatsworth congregation of The Church of God of the Union Assembly in Chatsworth, Georgia.
The entrance is east of the church parking lot on Hwy 52 (the next driveway past the church, toward downtown Chatsworth) and is marked CEMETERY ROAD.
Tips to help you locate your loved ones when you visit: The cemetery is plotted into four (4) quadrants. Each quadrant or section is segmented by numbers 1-88, then letters A-D, and again by numbers 1-4.
We use a color-map system similar to a traffic light on our Cemetery Map. Yellow: PAUSE… Balance Due before Burial. Red: STOP- Plot is occupied. Green: GOOD. Paid in full. No Color: Available for purchase.
