Daughter of Wilbur Isaacs (deceased) of Wayne/East Lynn, West Virginia (son of Alvin and Opal Watts Isaacs) and Laura Sigler Isaacs (deceased) of Vernon Parish, Louisiana (daughter of Vaughn Joseph Sigler and Myrtle "Nellie" Wilson).
