My interest and focus on organizing, preserving, and sharing family history and photos probably comes from: spending time with extended family, knowing 5 of my great-grandparents, being a clipper of newspaper articles (obituaries, anniversaries, town histories), and inheriting a ton of photos from several family lines plus my Grandma Stein's genealogical notes.
The limited research I've done on direct lines has been through personal contact, Wikitree, and Find-a-grave.
My parental lines are Stein/Ragel, O'Dell/Tarr + Ball, VonBehren/Borchelt, Norman/Dudman. My husband's lines I have centered on are Price/Hinton and Holtcamp/Wollerman+ Hoffman. Through making information available to others, I have become known as the Family Historian.
