I am a genealogical preservationist and historian, and I am the great-granddaughter of Ida Daigre's younger brother, Gilbert Daigre (b. 1885). For the past 23 years, I've researched this Daigre line, including my 3rd great-grandparents, Gilbert Daigre and Mary C. Bird; my 2nd great-grandparents, Abraham Lucien (also known as Gilbert A. Daigre) and Louisa Culberson Daigre; and their 13 children. As the genealogical preservationist for this lineage, I'm working to ensure each descendant is accurately documented utilizing historical records (SSOT).
