Native of Georgia, which is where most of my records are from (Central GA & Northern GA)--descendant of the Pickett, Bates, Mills, Wallace, Edney, Holt, Dollar, Quattlebaum, Ruff, Chambers, Vann, Meridith, families of the Southeast USA. Have some family from South GA too, that is the Quattlebaum's, Vann's, and Dollar's. All others are from Central and North GA.

I try to get to rural cemeteries more than urban cemeteries because these cemeteries have less coverage on Find A Grave and their photos are typically upwards of 15 years old when the "pioneers" of Find A Grave drove around their local area looking for cemeteries.

Photos are typically uploaded and transcribed the day they were taken (typically I go to cemeteries in the morning and transcribe in the afternoon), and they are otherwise noted on the image if they were taken one day and uploaded another.

Beginning May 11, 2024, I will be reporting photos that belong to me that you have used on another site without crediting me. If you would like to use my photo, please credit "Find A Grave User #50297073" in the event my username changes. I have already uploaded numerous of my photographs to people in my family tree on Ancestry.com
