I discovered this site while trying to locate some family information and I've been completely blown away by the dedication of the members here. I hope to be able to learn and contribute. I'm always in search of learning as much as possible about my family relations. My relatives include (but obviously not limited to): Compton, Davis, Herring, Carr, Sexton, Graham, Hobgood, Tolbert, Smith, McCord. I would be thrilled to learn more about my Carr, Herring , Choron, Dudley, Adams/Addams?, Treadaway, Rickett/Ricketts, Atkins, Corbin, Carney, and King family lines. I'm a Thrash by marriage, so Georgia Thrash's, Jacobs, Ely, and Nelson lines have my interest as well. Any information would be greatly appreciated. I'm willing to help whenever and wherever I possibly can. I've always been a student of my own family history, but unfortunately as far as what I know and who I have known may be limited to certain lines, yet I do have a wealth of knowledge and info on certain areas. I don't mind helping if I can. Yet, I'll be upfront. I'm not always super timely. Please don't take offense by this, my life's extremely complicated and chaotic. Thank you for understanding and I appreciate any help, and even if I'm unable to help, I will get back to you as soon as I can. However, I think it most important that we put paying respects to those who have gone on before us at the forefront of any purpose we may have here. Yes, this is obviously digitally done, but I like to leave the flowers as a sign of respect. Please know that any information that I may post will be correct to the very best of my knowledge. If you have any suggestions, feel free to share, but documentation is needed before I'll make any changes. If you don't have any documentation, please explain.
