When I began my genealogical "journey" in the late 1990s, I was completely shocked to discover my entire family has lived in Warrensburg or the surrounding area since the early 1800s. I was even more surprised to discover the entire record of my family history rested in the Warrensburg cemetery, including my father Milton, his father William, his father James "Bert," his father John Lundy, and his father William who likely came into the U.S. through Canada in the early 1800s.
