In June 2020, I visited my grandparents' shared grave locally and in the process discovered this awesome website. I spent much time that summer doing genealogy research on Ancestry, completing the background sections, and making connections for my family members who are buried locally, as well as distant ancestors. I am a scientist at heart and love doing research, so this has developed into a passion!

I am now retired and still enjoy doing genealogy research and making virtual connections for my ancestors, as well as others. In addition, I still get to the local cemetery to fulfill photo requests when I can.
