Born October 8, 1977 at 11:45pm, at Lallie Kemp Charity Hospital in Independence, Louisiana to Mr. Phillip Anthony Williams, Sr and Mary Louise Tobias.
A native of Kentwood, Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana. A 1996 high school graduate from Kentwood High School, The Mighty Kangaroos, a former alto saxophonist and trombonist and a former member of The Mercedes L. Williams Community Mass Choir.
Pursued a bachelor's degree in computer science at Southern University A&M College in Baton Rouge, Louisiana in Summer 2001. Became a member of the Alpha Sigma Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc in Spring 2000. Received two masters at the University of Phoenix Campus in Schaumburg, Illinois. Those masters were an MBA (Master of Business Administration) and MM (Master of Management) in Summer 2008 and Spring 2009.
20+ year experience in Program Management with companies, such as, Lockheed Martin, Leonardo DRS, L3 Communication, L-3 Harris, UTC (United Technology Corporation), Hamilton Sundstrand, Collins Aerospace, Raytheon, Elbit Systems of America, and Ultra Maritime.
One daughter, 4 living brothers and 1 deceased brother.
Mother passed away on July 8, 2009 at her home in Tangipahoa, Louisiana to brain cancer. She was 48 years old.
Father passed away on March 21, 2016 at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana after suffering injuries from a fatal vehicle accident in Kentwood, Louisiana. He was 59 years old.
Maternal lineage is rooted from Mississippi and Paternal lineage is rooted from Louisiana. This is how my profile name was incorporated as it was created based on my lineages and where my parent's roots were established.

Since July 2012, my ancestry research begun and it was discovered that my family lineages (thru ancestryDNA) traces back to ancestors that connects me and my family to known actors/artists and music performers that have became famous icons such as King Floyd, Bo Diddley, Jackson 5, Brandy Norwood, Snoop Dogg, The Winans, Prince, Sterling K. Brown, Wayne Lewis, The Williams Brothers, Eurreal Wilford "Little Brother" Montgomery, Tracy Chapman... Although this was amazing to discover, I have no interest in presenting myself as a relative of these famous icons. My intent is to reveal the true lineage to my daughter and to many other descendants who are researching their bloodline within these areas of SippiLou. These icons just happen to be part of the lineages that my bloodline traces back which was a great story to tell my daughter and family.
Currently, I am in the process of generating a book regarding ancestry lineage relating to family history in the southeast & southwest area of Mississippi and the southeast & southwest area of Louisiana. As more history is discovered, correction may occur in which the book will be an edition. Expecting release to publication in Summer 2027 entitled "The SippiLou Chronicles, First Edition"
