I have just recently got serious about tracing my ancestry which has led me to this site more times than I can count. So I figured this will probably be a good time to contribute for others if Im asking for information about and memorials of my family! I really do enjoy going and seeking out the headstones at local cemetaries. I think I'm going to throw together a little travel size cleaning kit of a brisseled handbrush, spray bottle of water and some papertowels and trashbags so that I may clean up the headstones I find befor I photograph them, as most of them that I come across are quite dirty!

If you reading this then I hope you are contributing as well, I know that everytime I come across a new record of someone I'm related to and see at least a picture of their headstone it makes me smile to know that someone out there cares enough to find them!

I will do my best to make certain that any information I post will be as accurate as possible and if I maintain a memorial of your relative I would be happy to transfer it to you, as long as im not related. So dont be afraid to ask!
