Have had an interest in family history since I was a teenager and records were still being transferred from paper to microfiche...
Born in Birmingham, with most paternal ancestors coming from the surrounding counties, where my biggest surname interests are Keeley, Avann, Westwood and Jennings.
My maternal side ancestors are more geographically widespread, but with a heavy emphasis on Yorkshire, particularly Sheffield, and my main surname interests are Robinson, Jessop, Starr [Norfolk/Yorkshire], Woodson, Shout, Pooles [Lincolnshire], Lax, Kipling and Elgey [North Yorkshire/Durham].
