Live in Redmond Wa but was born in Jasper AL in 1946. I have done lots of research on my Francis Marion Treadaway family who moved to Alabama in the 1850's. I have also tried to sort out his family from his father Moses Treadaway family in North Carolina. All of them got mixed up in the Civil War in some way, and two of Francis Marion Treadaway's Alabama family even joined the Union, since they had married girls whose parents were Yankee sympathizers.
