Retired a few years ago and now devoting efforts to learn the histories of my Daly and Murphy families that both arrived in Canada in the 1840s. Dad's Daly family's 1st settler was Joseph born 1807 in Co Cork and Mom's Murphy family's 1st settler was Neil b.1782 and departed Ireland from the Westport area of Co Mayo. I have an extensive Tree on Ancestry.
