I became interested in genealogy as a child when I read the history of my maternal side of the family dictated by one of my great uncles to my grandfather which was then mimeographed by an uncle so that copies of it could be distributed to all his nine brothers and sisters. I found it among my mother's papers and just found it fascinating. I am interested now in connecting both maternal and paternal lines by correcting and editing existing memorials and adding new ones.
