Bio

Hello everyone, I guess I am here because this website is fantastic for Genealogist like myself. I have been working on my family tree since 1979. I got interested in this when we had to do a family tree project in History class when I was in school. My cousin had a bunch of family information and she gave it to me to work from. From that time on I have been verifying and adding to our family tree. Of Course then I really fell in love with it when the internet became a way to travel for miles or across the oceans without leaving my home.

Find a grave website became a gift to me and I use it and contribute to it all the time. I have spent much time walking with my camera in different Cemeteries all over. I love finding my family and I have this vision to someday have all of my relatives connected on Find-A-Grave.

Now that I am retired and still able, I have a lot more time to do my research and can give my "Hobby" a lot more attention. I have already told my son that when I die I want all my work to be donated to the Richburg New York Historical Society, so that generations down the line will know where they have come from and maybe one of them will be intrigued enough to continue to my work for more generations to come.
