I am an avid global family history linage and grave hunter enthusiast, on a fascinating journey to uncover the stories, people, and places hidden within my family's past.

My search began in Australia, but it has since taken me across continents and centuries — into the archives, cemeteries, churches, and historical records of Germany, across Europe, through the UK, and into America. Every discovery seems to open another door, revealing another name, another place, or another unanswered question.

At present, I am based in Australia, where I have become immersed in continuing my search. One of the greatest challenges I encounter is the language barrier, particularly when working with German and, even more so, old German handwriting and historical documents (thank God for AI now). What may appear to be a simple name or sentence can sometimes conceal an important clue to an entire branch of my family.

I am hoping to connect with person's enabling to decipher some of these foreign records (even AI cannot read or understand some of this writing), uncover their meaning, and perhaps solve some of the mysteries that have remained hidden for generations.
