I have been volunteering in the archives in our local library for years. I especially like assigning a face to the monuments from our archival vault. The most satisfying thing is to be able to identify the "unidentifiable" and herald their life by putting their name, face, and monument together. It's like telling the world they existed. If you find an error, kindly let me know and I'll make it right. As we all know, memories fade, so it's vital to do everything we can to keep these dear folks "alive" even after death.
